Visa to china for shopping

Hello I am from Nepal and I would like to visit for shopping. It might be for 4 -7 Days. So what type do you suggest to me?

If you want to do shopping as well as sightseeing activities, you can apply for an L type. If you want to do shopping only, you are suggested to get an M type.
