About:Chengdu Shuangliu Airport

Exchange currency at Chengdu international airport

Hi could anyone tell me if it is possible to exchange currency at the airport? I will be departing from international departures and would like to change RMB into another currency does anyone know where I could do this and is there a Travelex or other, thank you.

Yes, the currency exchange is accessible in the airport. It would be easily for you to exchange RMB to worldwide currencies such as USD or Euro or HKD.
The exchange office in T1 is located:
1. Travelex Currency Exchange: International Departure Hall
2. ICE Currency Exchange: Exit of the International Arrivals；Area of Ticket Counter
In T2:
1. Bank of China—on the west of Check-in Area H and J in Domestic Departure Hall
2. ICE Currency Exchange—on the south of Check-in Hall
