Is this correct? need to translate through Western Union

I bought a computer, and I received a notice that I have to pay customs duty at the rate of $ 200.

Who sent you the message that you were required to pay the customs rate? If it is your national customs, please contact them to confirm this. But you should be aware if the message was sent from the seller who told you that your computer was stuck at Chinese customs. Some sellers cheated their customers to earn more profits.
