when the SMT arrives from pudong into the city - which is the nearest station to the bund riverside hotel

The only station of the SMT in downtown is Longyang Road. Upon getting there, you can transfer to subway line 2 and get off at East Nanjing Road. Leave exit 6 and walk north along Middle Henan Road for 3min and turn west to East Beijing Road. Walk along the road for around 2-3min and you can see your hotel at the first intersection.
