By bus: you can take cross border coach operated by Chinalink from Jordan Nanking Street, Mong Kok Shanghai Street or Tsim Sha Tsui Elements. The coach has several different terminus, such as Guangzhou Hotel or Guangdong hotel. The ticket fare is around 100HKD. The journey takes about 3.5 – 4 hours.

By ferry: ferries are available from HK China Ferry Terminal to Guangzhou Panyu Lianhuashan Port. Four of them running each day from 08:30 to 17:00. The ferry fare is 130HKD. But the ferry terminal in Guangzhou is far from the city center, you have to take a taxi to reach downtown.

By train: you can take train from Hung Hom Station to Guangzhou East Station. The ticket fare is 190HKD for first class seat, and 230HKD for super class seat. It take about 2 hours to reach.

By taxi: HK taxi is hard to go to Guangzhou directly. So if you don’t want to take those public transportation, you can hire a car to reach. It would cost around CNY1200.

Among these, train or coach is highly recommended. It would be more convenient than others. You can just choose one you like more.
