About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Where can he apply for a visa to go to hong kong?

I have nigerian friend he would like to go there and he is living in mainland China right now .

Hey, he should go to the Immigration Section of the Office of the Government of the HKSAR in Beijing (Beijing Office). The address of the Beijing Office is:
