collect high speed rail tickets

I will arrive BJ airport on 04/16 at 16:05, I will be at the hotel for the nigh.
I bought the ticket to Jinan, departure time is 7:05am on 04/17, can I collect it 2 hours before the departure time that is 5:00 o'clock in the morning? how is the traffic and the waiting time at the pickup line at that time
