collect high speed rail tickets

Question

I will arrive BJ airport on 04/16 at 16:05, I will be at the hotel for the nigh. I bought the ticket to Jinan, departure time is 7:05am on 04/17, can I collect it 2 hours before the departure time that is 5:00 o'clock in the morning? how is the traffic and the waiting time at the pickup line at that timeThanksby Helen from Canada

Yes, since there are early schedule in BJ south, the office should be open around 5am. Since it is in the early morning, there would not be so much people there in the waitting line as well as the traffic there.
