My 5 year old daughter born in philippines, her father is chinese citizen is there any possibility for my daughter to have D type?

Che, does your daughter hold Filipino nationality? If yes, then she has to obtain the Chinese permanent residence before she can apply for the D type. If your daughter has lived in PRC for five years and you own a house here, then please try to get her the permanent residence first.
