Is bus from PVG to HGH(Hangzhou) bus service is in terminal & wanting to book online?

Yes, there are ground transportation center in these two terminal buildings.
The schedules are from 08:40 to 21:00 with the duration of around 3 hours.
Well, as far as I know, you cannot buy the ticket online in advance at the official website of PVG. You can just buy them when you arriving.0
