About:China High Speed Train

What is the best train option from Shanghai to Hong Kong?

Hello!
I am planning on traveling from Shanghai to Hong Kong on May 25th by rail.
What is the best option? Shanghai > Guangzhou > Shenzhen > HKG or Shanghai > Guangzhou > HKG?
From Guangzhou to Shenzhen I would have to change train stations, correct?

It works the same way, you have to transfer between stations in Guangzhou or Shenzhen. For SH-GZ South-GZ East-HK or SH-GZ South-SZ North-SZ-HK. See from the connection, the GZ direct to HK option should be a little easier.
