trying to obtain a visa in but i am a jamaican citizen

Hi I am a crew member of Royal Caribbean international Cruise Line I am holding a jamaican passport but I spend my 3 months vacation in Trinidad with my wife and kids. Upon Returning to work I have to meet my ship in China will I be able to obtain an entry permit while in trinidad?
