hourly lounge in domestic terminal, beijing capital airport

Question

I have a long wait between my intention flight into PEK and my connecting domestic flight to Weihai. I have been told that I need to collect my luggage after the international leg and re-checkin for the domestic leg. Once I do that I have a 5-6 hour wait. Is it true that I will not be able to access the Hourly Lounge that is in the Internation Terminal and , if so, is there anywhere I can take my children to rest while we wait?

Actually, hourly lounges are available at these three terminals. They are open for both international and domestic transit passengers. You can take your kids to rest there. Don't worry!
