Wait time for drop off/pick up

Re: NYC consulate: How long will it take to drop off and pick up the passport + application documents and then the passport with visa (and pay)? Is there a long line or is it a quick drop off/pick up process?

Alisa, there are always long queues for dropping off and collecting the passport, so I suggest you go there as early as possible to save your time.
