Where can I buy the tickets for Shanghai Sightseeing Bus? can we buy online?

Near the major boarding dites, you can find the ticketing offices or booths, where you can get a ticket. I also heard it is fine to get a ticket from the bus driver. But it seems that it cannot be reserved online. Check the content on the this page and you can see the routes and stops, but I have no a map of it.
