Is it possible to store luggage in Terminal 3, PEK during the day?

My departure flight is late afternoon

Of course it is possible. The left-luggage sites are at the East of public space of Arrival Hall at 2nd foor of T3-C and the West of public space of Arrival Hall at 2nd foor of T3-C. The service is for 24h by the way.
