technical support, what type of visa do i need?

I'm an Australian citizen and am required to provide technical support for a company located in Wuhu China  over a 5 day visit.  Many thanks David JH

David, according to the new rules, you should apply for M type with the help of the company. The company needs to help you apply for an invitation letter from the duly authorized Chinese unit, here referring to Foreign Affairs Office. Besides, the company needs to send you an invitation letter too.
