About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

Business changed visas after disagreement

Hi, our business partner said they changed our M types to tourist types that expire one week after being issued. Can they do this? Or was this a scare tactic to try and regain hold over us. If this has occurred what are our options to extend our L types? We need to be in shanghai at least ten more days before we leave.

Well, I am afraid that whether it is because they can't help you acquire the M types. Then they just apply for the L types. You know, it is much easier to acquire the L types. But if you engage in trade activities in PRC, you should apply for a M type.
