Do I still need to apply for HK visa if I'm planning on staying in HK for 2 days?

I'm traveling to Beijing first (will get single entry visa) and then want to visit HK and from there departure to Korea. What is the fastest way to do it (online it says it will take 4 weeks to apply). I'm a holder of Republica Moldova passport and Green Card holder
