About:China Visa Application in USA

Do permanent resident of Canada need Visa?

My Passport is from Iran but I have permanent residence card of Canada.Do I need to apply for entering Hong Kong?

Yes, you still to apply one in advance. You'd better visit Chinese embassy or consulate in Canada to apply at least one month ahead of your trip. You know, if your application is dealt with by HK Immigration Department, it takes four to six weeks.
