About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

I'm going to be downsized next month and my Z visa will be converted to a one month L type.

Hi
My wife is a Chinese National and we've been married for 6 years now. I've been working and living in Beijing permanently for the past 8 years. We do not own any property here so what are my chances on getting a permanent residence in China? Thanks!

It is said that if you want to get the Chinese permanent residence, you should own a house. However, since you have lived here for many years, you still have the chance to get it. I personally think there is 50% possibility.
