Is 2020 or 2021 a good year to downsize my home

I am born on Dec 3, 1960. I am a metal rat. I just took an early retirement on February 2020. I would like to selly house and move into a condo apt. Was wondering if 2020 is a good year for me to downsize or should I wait until 2021. Thanks for your advice. Dominique from Toronto, Canada
