Work Tenure for foreign residents should be 6 months

I have submitted my application this morning and I was told by the consul that they cannot process my application even if I submitted complete requirements just because my working tenure in Bangkok is less than 6 months. They asked me to go back to my country and apply there, which is ridiculous. This residence requirement was not published in their website. Consul told me not all regulations are published.

Lyn, they have the right to reject any application. May I know which country you are from and what type you applied?
