HKIA - Skypier to Zhuhai by ferry.

I will arrive HKIA by CA 0111 at 1.05PM and take ferry to Zhuhai; questions:
1. Do I have to take my luggage out and carry myself to Skypier - ferry to Zhuhai: 5.0PM (17.00) or

2. Do they have direct luggage handling from arrival to Skypier - ferry? How is the process?

You don’t need to collect your luggage, for they will be transferred to the skypier directly.
Upon your arrival, there are special passages for ferry transit passengers. You don’t need to go through the immigration. There are free shuttle bus taking you to the pier.
