Order not delivered. Can you please tell me what is going on?

Dear sirs ,
I have orderd a pair of shoes 2 week ago and I have not received it yet. My order no. is : RC024910641HK and the destination is Greece.

GR, The item ( RC024910641HK ) left Hong Kong for its destination on 2-Apr-2015

Your item was sent to Greece on April 2. It won't arrive so fast. In my experience, you may wait 15 to 30 days. So please be patient.
