Should I order the ticket in advance (online) or I can buy it in the office

Should I order the ticket in advance (online) or I can buy it in the office.
Another question how difficult is climb to the Wall in case I don't want to buy the cable car?

You can buy on the spot. But if you travel during China holidays, it's advised to book in advance in case the tickets are sold out.

It's energy-consuming to go up and down by foot, but possible and many have done and will do that.
