From Yangshuo to Guilin North in the morning

I will stay in YS for a couple of days and I will then take the train from Guilin North to Shenzhen. The train leaves at 11.15 a.m, I already bought the ticket and will pick it up at another station before the trip.
Which is the easiest way of getting from YS to Guilin North with public transport? Is it possible to leave YS in the morning for a train departure in Gulin North at the mentioned time? How long before the train departs should I be at the station? When and where does the (first) bus leave for Guilin?
