From your hotel to Tianjin, you can first take bus 916, 404, 401, 866, 915 or 980 to Dongzhimen, then change to subway line 2 to Xuanwumen, then change to line 4 to BJ south railay station. After, take a bullet train to Tianjin Railway Station; the train ride takes only about 40 minutes.
In Tianjin, you can visit Ancient Cultural Street, Tianjin Eye, and Haihe River, etc.
