Anh, I heard that to apply for the Chinese entry permit in South Korea, foreigners from a third country should hold an ARC card with the remaining validity of at least six months. As your ARC is going to expire in August, I’m not sure whether you can still apply for the entry permit. You should first confirm this issue with the embassy and then go about the application.

If you can apply for it, you should firstly get all required things ready, including passport, a copy of the passport’s info page, a v.2013 application form attached with your recent photo, the original and photocopy of the ARC card, and the invitation letter. Then go to the CVASC office to apply for an F type.
