How frequent are the metro trains for each line?

Do metro trains arrive every few minutes for example? Are there some lines which have longer waits between each train, for example a 10 minute wait if you miss one?

Usually the frequency would be around 5 - 7 minutes. In rush hours, it would be shorten to 3 minutes. But there wouldn't metro that you need to wait for 10 minutes long.
