I just have the rest of the day to enjoy the city, I would like to go to the tower, my doubt is if I can get to tower until 6 pm, on the top. Thanks in advance.

Yes, generally speaking, you can get to the top of the tower until 18:00. From the railway station, you can take subway line 2 to Lujiazui Station. It takes around 35 mins on the way with the ticket fare of CNY 5 per adult. After arriving, you will see the tower directly. There are lifts inside, no worry.
