Can China post assign same tracking number for different parcels?

Info in 2015-03-23 shows that it arrive at Ghana Exchange Office. They wouldn't assign same tracking number for different parcels unless they made mistakes. For international parcel, about 1 - 2 months are needed usually.

Richard, actually it depends on your post office. In some countries, tracking number changes so that no further tracking information can be found. However, there is still update about your parcel. So I think the tracking number doesn't change.

It alreay arrived in your country on March 23. It's been 15 days. If you still don't receive it, you should go to the post office for a check.

God bless you Peter. I am actually confused now and dont know what is happening. My local post still does not tell me anything reasonable. I am now considering legal action.
