About:China Visa Application in USA

CAN WE ASSIGN ONE MEMBER OF OUR FAMILY TO SUBMIT & PICK UP OUR VISA'S?

Our daughter just moved to san antonio & our other family member live in different parts of california, can we assign one person to submit our applications and someone else from the family to pick them up when they are ready? if so what must be done?

Your daughter needs to make the application from the consulate in Huston, while other of your family members needs to make the application from the consulates in San Francisco or Los Angeles, so you cannot assign one member to make submit or pick up the results.
