hi I am at wuhan right now and want to go my friend in jingzhou

The best option for you is to take a bullet train from Wuhan Railway Station to JZ. It takes about less than 2 hours on the ride. Fast, safe and comfortable. By the way, the ticket fare is CNY68.5-70.5 for a second class seat.
