About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

foreigners give a birth in china

I am foreigner living in my home country. I want that me with my wife come to china. My wife will give a birth of my child in China. Will our new baby can get Chinese passport/ctizenship. For this purpose which type of visa we will get from China embassy in my home country?

According to the Chinese nationality law, if the parents of a newborn baby are both foreigner, the baby cannot get China passport/citizenship, even though it was born in China. Therefore, I’m afraid you can’t achieve your purpose.
