About:

Hello everybody, i was wondering there is a direct bus from Chengdu to Giant Buddha

or i have to go to Leshan bus station first?

Yes, direct buses to the Buddha are available. You can take a bus from Xinnanmen Bus Station to Leshan Xiaoba Tourist Bus Station (the exclusive bus station for the Buddha). Then the Buddha is not far. I suggest you take a taxi to reach at a cost of around CNY20.
