would you advise what sort of traffic I can take up from Wuchong railway station to dorsett hotel wuhan ?

I think you mean Wuchang station, right? If so, you can take the subway line 4 to Zhongnan Road, where you can transfer to line 2 to Jianghan Road. Take the Exit A and walk about 560 yards to the hotel.
