Hello sirIn my all educational documents my name is write as Imran ullah and my father is irfan ullah. but in my passport my surename is ullah , Imran and my father is  khan, irfan ullah

You'd better go to the department that issued your passport and ask if they can add a note on your passport to prove that these two names refer to the same person.
