About:Chinese Embassy in Syria

i want to ask about tourist visa for syrian citizens. I am living in turkey.

can i take the L type from turkey? and what i have to do?

Yes, you can apply from Chinese embassy in Turkey after you prepare all required documents. It requires your passport, finished 2013 application form affixed with a recent passport photo, round-trip air tickets and hotel booking and your resident permit for Turkey.
