Visiting Taipei in Dec

Hi, Im planning a trip on Dec. How is the weather on Dec? What type of cloths to bring over?

It is cool and rainy at that time, and the average temp is abut 60 F. You are suggested to take long-sleeved shirts, thick coat. If necessary, you can prepare the rain gear, too.
