Hello! We have bought a G train ticket from Beijing to Xi'an. We want to buy another from Shanghai to Hangzhou. Can they be picked up from ant ticket office? i.e No. 627, East Nanjing Road or No. 1396, Lujiazui Ring Road

According to the rules, those holding a certificate except Chinese ID card can only buy or pick up railway ticket from ticket windows at railway stations. But this is the rule. Sometimes the ticket can be collected or bought at the ticket outlets. However,if you don't want to be disappointed, you'd better go to the railway station directly.
