Where in Nanjing can I get a No Criminal Certificate issued?

I hold a Nanjing Residence Permit and have been working here. Now I plan to take up a new job in Tianjin. The Tianjin PSB needs me to provide a No Criminal Certificate from Nanjing in order to proceed with my application for a New Working Licence. Can someone tell me where and how to do this ? Also, are agencies available to do it on my behalf for a fee ?

Ishan, you need to find the notary office in Nanjing to help you. According to what I know, they can do this. They may send an investigation letter to local police station and then local police station can issue this. Then you need ask the notary office to notarize your non-criminal certificate.
