Lourdres, if you are visiting for leisure purpose, the L type should be obtained. The application documents include passport, passport copy, application form, recent half-length color photo, and round-trip tickets and hotel reservations. Please take those documents to the consulate to apply for the L type entry permit. The standby flight tickets can be used for the application, so don’t worry about it.
