QZ to Longshan Temple: take a bus from QZ bus station to Anhai (about 45 minutes and CNY7). Upon arrival, take a local bus to get to the temple.
Chengtian temple is located in QZ city center. Where do you start? So I can tell you how long it will take to get thre?
QZ to Anping bridge:take a bus from QZus station to Anping (duration is about 45 minutes)； then take a local bus to get to the bridge. Or take bus 801 from QZ to Sunshine Square in Jinjiang; then change to bus 28 to get to the bridge; about 1.5-2 hours based on road condition.

Kaiyuan Temple is the largest temple in the whole Fujian province. You can pay a visit. I think you mean Laozi Statue right? It's inside Mt. Qingyuan scenic area, which is a great place to visit in summer days. Kaiyuan Temple is about 3 miles away from Qingyuan Mountain. From the temple, you can exit from its west gate and take bus 209 to get to the mountain area directly (about 40 minutes).

Other attractions in QZ include Qingjing Mosque, Heavenly Empress Palace, Luoyang Bridge...

thank you David for the prompt reply and recommending the places to visit. we be staying in QZ city hotel. how far is the dongxi tower? the heavenly empress palace? what food stalls or restaurants that you can refer or recommend where to eat? how about shopping centers? how about getting in anping bridge which is convenient way? we had rent a car, from xiamen going to the city staying for one night only then going back to xiamen. thank you again.

These are many delicious local foods, such as Fried Oyster, Frozen Siphon Worm, Noodles in Soup and Fish Pellet. You can go to Shuimen Guozai Restaurant, Zhanyou Delicious Food City and Yiqing Delicious Food City to taste them. Hope you like.

As for shopping areas, you are suggested to go to Back City Street (Houcheng Street), Xinhuadu Shopping Plaza, Baihui Shopping Center and Grand Ocean (Dayang) Shopping Center. I believe that these places will meet your requirements.

About the transportation, you can drive a car along Xiamen-QZ Highway. It takes around 1.5 hours on the way.
