will i be denied application because i don't have a personal bank statement?

i was admitted in one of the universities in shanghai for their 1 year language program. i am from pakistan. my company will shoulder all my expenses during my studies as stated on my NOC. I also have the company license copy and bank statement for 6 months. i already have all the forms from my admitting university.. will the consulate still insist for my bank statement? the think is, i dont have that 30000 aed that they require.
