By taxi, it costs around CNY300. I also know the public transportation for you to choose:
From Jing'an Station, you can take a taxi to SH General Bus Station first. The cab fare is CNY 20 to 30. Then take a long-distance bus to the water town. The schedules are 07:05, 08:00, 10:10, 12:00, 14:20 and 16:20. The ticket fare is CNY 25 to 29 per person.
