About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

My cousin applied for a port visa flying out tomorrow to Hong Kong then China 3 weeks ago

He hasn't arrived has been told he get it Thursday but it be too late by then is there anyway he can get one ready for tomorrow

Tina, the fastest processing takes two or three days if he wants to apply for one in advance. Would you please tell me which city he plans to go? Some cities provide VOA but only for three day or five day stay.

He is going from England to Hong Kong then the ferry to China his flight is tonight
