What are Visa requirements of "Macau" for passport holders of "Afghanistan"?

I searched many websites, I could not find any details about requirements of Macau for Afghanistan, in Wikipedia, the second list shows Afghanistan passport holders are eligible to visit Macau, but no further details were found. I need to know do Afghanistan citizens require entry permit or not, and if yes, how do we get it, where from? (The nearest center/embassy? duration of an application? fee and other details please.

Sulaiman, Afghanistan passport holders are eligible to visit Macau, but the entry permit is needed. You can apply for VOA after arriving there. The application only takes a while and the maximum granted stay duration is 30 days. The fee is MOP100 for individual applicants.

No, I mean you can get one entry permit upon arrival at the port. You don't have to apply for it in advance.
