How is Shanghai Ohel Rachel synagogue and Ohel Moshe related..

I have twice been to the Ohel Moshe synagogue and now realize thatthe Sasoon brothers built a synagige in Sanghe as well - it was the Ohel Rachel. Is it still thee? Are the two in any way related? How many Jews use the Ohel Moshe now? I ws there last a few minths back and am enormously impressed by the service offered. Thnak you. Dr. Sherry Migdail
