i am trying to obtain a visa for my Chinese girlfriend in China

We have already tried the normal visa route , but she was turned down !! Largely due to her not being able to confirm her salary as a Manager in China for an electronics company . Plus having money in her bank account (I sent) which did not match her salary !! Please can you advise me what now is the best route for me to take to obtain an entry permit for her to make a visit to England for a holiday .
I have been to China twice now , but would like her to visit.
