can i issue invitation letter?

Can a dutch national who is Chinese resident already be able to invite her friend from Philippines?

It's my first time to go to China.. Would it be okay if I stay there for a maximum of 56 days? My Dutch friend will bore all the expenses while I'm in China..

Well...you are holding a Filipino passport, right? If so, since it's the first time you come to China, you should provide a financial standing proof or a guarantee letter from your friend. However, it's still possible that you can apply for the two-month single entry L type permit so that you can stay for two months at most.
